HOW SAFE ARE WE?
THINKING ABOUT SAFETY IS KEY
Every person in our organization is trained on OSHA safety standards. Why would an office coordinator need to think about this? When the team is aware, making safety a priority is easy.
GET IT ON PAPER
Our team implements a Site Safety Plan for EVERY project we assist on. We must be the stewards of our own safety and knowing before we deploy to the site is pivotal in assuring everyone is bought into the plan.
Our entire office rotates through the Safety Committee so that they gain experience in how to develop, document, update, and deploy a safety-minded environment in their roles.
Our team is trained to record all the minor issues, from papercuts to bloody noses. Why? Because when it is culture to report problems the team gains a trust that the safety program is designed to assure they arrive home in the same condition they left.
With our culture around safety, our team has been professional at the office and in the field and have ZERO recordable or lost days.
AVERAGE PRODUCTIVE DAY
The average employee works at a 60% productivity per day. With all that lost focus, are they reliable to be safe while working?
PROJECT X PRODUCTIVE DAY
Because we have zero events, we can drive our team to stay focused on the work day, driving a more productive environment.
